NŪR Intentions & Flow is a sacred gathering for women to reconnect with themselves, set meaningful intentions, and welcome the new year supported, energized, and aligned.

Life Coach 

Leila Zangar blends structure and soul in her work. With a background in engineering and certification in life and business coaching, she supports individuals in clarifying what matters most, setting aligned intentions, and turning vision into grounded action. Through her intuitive and thoughtful approach, Leila creates space to slow down, reflect, and step into the new year with clarity and trust.

Pia Afif

Zumba Instructor

Pia Afif is a certified Zumba®️ instructor since 2011, bringing energy, passion, and experience to every class she teaches. With more than a decade of teaching behind her, Pia is known for creating fun, motivating workouts that combine infectious music with easy-to-follow choreography. Her classes welcome all fitness levels and focus on joy, movement, and confidence—making exercise feel like a celebration rather than a routine.

Begin the year with clarity and purpose. Guided by life coach Leila Zangar, you’ll reflect, set meaningful intentions, and create a vision board that aligns your goals, energy, and direction for the year ahead.

2. Move & Flow 

Reconnect with your body through an uplifting Zumba flow with Pia. This energizing movement session is designed to release, awaken, and embody the intentions you’ve just set—because intention is powerful when it’s felt.

3. Welcome The New Year

Celebrate new beginnings with the traditional cutting of the Vasilopita. One lucky guest will discover the hidden coin and receive a special prize—symbolizing abundance, luck, and fresh opportunities for the year ahead.

4. Gather & Connect

Close the experience with a relaxed brunch by La Linda Bakery, creating space to connect, share, and enjoy meaningful conversations in community.

What To Expect

A thoughtfully curated experience designed to help you begin the year feeling aligned and energized. Expect guided intention-setting, creative reflection, joyful movement, meaningful tradition, and time to connect with like-minded women in a warm, welcoming space.
