Our NŪR Matcha & Painting Experience invites you to slow down and get creative as you paint your own ceramic matcha bowl or mug, guided by the talented team at The Creative Loft. Once your piece is complete, discover the art of matcha through a hands-on workshop with Oh Matcha, learning how to prepare and enjoy this beautiful ritual. We’ll finish the experience with a relaxed, the perfect setting to create, connect, and enjoy a little moment for yourself.
JoJo
Jojo is the founder of The Creative Loft, a creative studio in the heart of Pangrati, Athens, and a yoga teacher with a lifelong love for all things handmade. Her approach to creativity is rooted in slowing down, stepping away from perfectionism, and creating space for play and self-expression.
Through The Creative Loft, Jojo creates welcoming, relaxed experiences where everyone can explore their creativity, no previous artistic experience required. With a focus on colour, process, and enjoying the moment, she guides participants to let go of expectations and simply have fun making something of their own.
Oh Matcha
Oh Matcha is a Greek matcha brand created by the team behind Mlesna Hellas – To Tsai, with over 30 years of experience in tea and beverages. Founded to bring greater specialization and quality to the growing matcha culture in Greece, Oh Matcha carefully selects and packages its matcha locally, using dedicated packaging technology. Join Oh Matcha for an immersive matcha workshop and discover the story, origins, and rituals behind matcha. Learn how to prepare your own matcha and enjoy it during the experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to shop Oh Matcha products and matcha preparation kits to take the ritual home with you.
3. Paint Your Own Ceramic
Get creative with Jojo from The Creative Loft and personalise your very own ceramic matcha mug or bowl. Explore colours and patterns and create a piece that’s uniquely yours — no previous painting experience needed.
4. Brunch
Finish the experience with a relaxed brunch at Oh Mama, gathering around good food, conversation, and your freshly made matcha.
What To Expect
Begin the Matcha & Painting Experience with a warm welcome along the Athens Riviera, enjoying coffee and the calm seaside atmosphere as the day gently unfolds.
Jojo from The Creative Loft will guide you through a relaxed ceramic painting session, where you can choose between painting your own matcha bowl or mug and bring your personal touch to the piece. Once your ceramic creation is complete, the experience continues with a hands-on matcha workshop by Oh Matcha, exploring the art of preparing and enjoying matcha. We’ll then come together for a relaxed seaside brunch, creating the perfect setting to slow down, connect, and enjoy the experience.
